Two short years ago,

I was working myself to the bone doing all the things I was “supposed to do.”

I was putting out all the content, selling one hour coaching sessions, putting on workshops, and still only bringing in a couple grand every couple months. I quit my six-figure tech job and gave my business everything I had — while raising my one year old son. I was tired, overworked, and didn’t know how I was going to create the impact I wanted to make in my community AND make enough money to sustain my business expenses.

I’m here to tell you that you DO NOT HAVE TO CHOOSE.

After working myself to the bone and almost quitting my business, I decided to stop listening to all the gurus and trust myself at a new level. I invested in my dream coach, I shifted my mindset, I doubled down on what was working and let go of everything that wasn’t.

I simplified everything in my business and learned to take off my CEO hat — I was laser focused on creating client results and selling tf out of my program. I mastered my mindset and learned how to stop living in scarcity.

You can make all the money AND elevate your community. You can build a business and spend quality time with your familia. You don’t have to choose.

My combined client totals racked up to even more.

That year, I created $214 thousand dollars CASH.

Now, my life’s work is helping women of color coaches and educators master their mindset and simplify their business so that they can focus on

creating impact and creating revenue.

We believe highly in the people we serve. We don’t hold onto society’s stories about our community. We believe our clients and community are high-value, intelligent individuals who know how to make hard decisions — like working with a bad ass coach like you.

We value coaching and charge accordingly. We give our best content away for free because we are in this to bring our community UP. We don’t feel bad about charging high-ticket because we know how much we give.

Keeping your business simple is a revolution. Our own power to simplify and only do the absolute necessary is our protest to society and the patriarchy’s expectations of what business is supposed to look like.

We only do what WE deem necessary in our businesses — AND we make a whole lot of money doing it.

My business went from $10k to $200k cash in a single year by doing less, trusting myself more, and learning how to create real impact.

I’m a daughter of Guatemalan immigrants who came to San Francisco, CA in the seventies. I was also raised by a single mom…. A very strong, stubborn, always-get-what-she-wants type of woman.

She created a monster, in a good way.

My whole life, I always wondered what it would be like to have all the resources. To have all the success, to never worry about money, and have the time to do anything you want to do.

When I was a chiquita, I thought that resources and money were only available to white folks. I learned I was wrong about that. But as I grew up and navigated the world, I grew frustrated that I was the only woman of color in most places. It seemed like the more I elevated, the more I was alone.

You might relate. I had to fake the funk, put on the act so I could grow my career, make that money, and became successful in the eyes of mi mamÁ.

I started my business in 2019 after I gave birth to my baby boy. I decided to throw an in-person personal development event for anyone willing to come. That event turned into a podcast and that podcast turned into a hobby coaching business in 2020.

In 2021, my hobby coaching business turned into a $200,000+ coaching business and I now get to teach dozens of women of color coaches to create more money in their business.
